Active Citizens Fund in Slovenia is managed by CNVOS – Centre for Information Service, Co-operation and Development of NGOs, in consortium with Institute PIP – Legal and Information Centre Maribor, and DRPD Novo mesto – Society for the Advancement of Voluntary Work Novo mesto. In all three organisations, there are project counsellors available for your questions and to offer assistance.

EEA and Norway financial mechanisms programmes follow the policy of good governance, their implementation is based on the principles of inclusion, transparency and accountability, with zero-tolerance towards corruption.
In case of suspicion of irregularity, bad governance or corruption in implementation of Active Citizens Fund in Slovenia programme, please inform us with a report/complaint. Your complaint will be treated confidentially by the Complaints Committee. You will receive feedback on your report/complaint within 10 working days. Complaint/report can be lodged also anonymously. You can lodge your complaint at: email@example.com.
Complaint/report shall consist of the following information:
- Description of the irregularity (including whether it is alleged or real and how it occurred);
- Period the irregularity refers to or the timeline of its occurrence;
- How did the reporting person become aware of the irregularity;
- Identification of the individuals or legal entities related to the irregularity;
- Other information.
Complaints Committee is composed of a representative of ACF Slovenia, a representative of the management board and two external members. Complaints Committee will consider possible appeals against decisions on the selection/rejection of project proposals.
